Using the table below you can easily estimate the amount of unit(s) you will need for your next event.

To use estimate the number of people that will be attending your event follow that number over to the column that represents the approximate number of hours your event is expected to last.  The number where those to lines converge is the suggested amount of units you would need for your event.

Example:  Betty Doe and John Smith are planning their wedding.  Betty and John have figured their guest list at approximately 1,500 people.  Looking down the list in the column labeled 'People Attending' Betty would use the 2000 because it's better to estimate up rather than down.  John suggests the wedding and ensuing reception will last in total approximately 7 hours.  Following the 2000 line over to the column headed '7 hr' Betty and John find they will need approximately 12 units.  Glancing at the line just above 2000 is 750-1000 so clearly 12 units is a good estimate for John and Betty to use when ordering units for their wedding.
