Date you require equipment to be delivered by. Normally we ask for a 36 hour lea time, but delivery times can be shorter or longer than stated. If this is a rush order please do not place the order here. Call our offices instead. Thank you.

Job site address. If not known or there is none enter the major cross roads for this location.

Site City: *

The city your job site is located in.

Site Contact: *

Normally the foreman or super for the job site.

Site Contact Number: *

The phone number for your job site contact. This is usually a cell phone number and needs to be a number where the individually can be contacted immediately if needed on the job site by our driver.

PO Number:

Purchase Order Number. Only needed if your company requires it.

Job Number:

The same as PO Number but some companies treat these numbers differently. Again only necessary if your company requires it.

Job Name:

Similar in respects to PO and Job number - treated differently by every company. Needed only if your company requires it. Do note that Brendel's names each job internally if one is not supplied and the job will retain that name for the duration of the project. Example I-94 project if not named would result in a billing Job Name of I-94PROJECT. Please specify if you do not wish a default name addended to your job site.

Directions to Site: *

This area is very crucial and must not be left blank. Here you should place directions to the job site. Major cross roads. Description of site (particularly important if site is currently an empty field or lot), whether or not equipment and workers are on site or will be, placement requirements for equipment and any other pertinent information that you feel we should know or must observe when making the delivery. Make sure that if a key or combo is required to access the site that provisions are made in advance for our drivers.
