AMBASSADOR UNITS

This sleek model is for the discerning individual.

Flush Units, or as we fondly call them, Hoity Toity Units, are self-contained flushable units that come repleat with sink, mirror internal lighting.

These units are strictly used for non-commercial use. However rare exceptions are made for the occassional Dog and Pony Show.

COMFORT STATION

Looking for something to turn the head of a your party guests? Have a Parks Department that requests a wheelchair accessible unit, rather than a standard unit, just for its size? Then take a look at our Comfort Station! Built within the shell of an Enhanced Access Unit (EAU), the Comfort Station offers all of the amenities necessary in a family-friendly portable restroom / changing room. A heavily reinforced right wall supports a Koala baby changing station. The unit is available with a 40-gal corner tank with sump. A Bactisan waterless hand sanitizer dispenser, two motion activated lights, two vanity shelves, two coat hooks, and a trash can round out the standard equipment in the unit, making it the most family-friendly unit available on the market.

CRADLE UNITS

This product is a hot ticket with Roofing Companies, and High Rise Construction Job Sites.

This model is a standard portable restroom with a metal cradle secured to the outside of the unit for easy lifting with a crane onto areas that would otherwise be unaccessible for restroom facilities.

HAND SANITIZERS

Hand Sanitizers make a great accessory add-on to construction rental units when utility water supply is sparse but worker health & sanitation a priority.

Our Hand Sanitizer units dispense "Purell" gel, which kills up to 99% of the bacteria that may be present on ones hands.

Other popular places you might see these handy unit are doctors offices, school rooms, and other such areas where running water and sinks are not readily available.

HAND WASH STATIONS

This popular party accessory makes a great hit with most any event where a large group is gathered.

Our Hand Wash Stations come fitted out with 2.0 anti-bacterial soap dispensers, it's own self-contained water holding tank, 2.0 faucet spickets, and a paper towel dispenser. The unit is operated by foot pedals, See Photo allowing for 2.0 people to use the unit at the same time.

We do not recommend this unit for Construction Site rentals as the unit is very small and can be easily damaged as it is hard to see around operating equipment.

SPECIAL NEEDS UNIT(S)

Special Needs Units (Handicap) provides convenient access for persons who prefer a large portable restroom, and it has been successfully used by patrons in wheelchairs, though it is not ADA-approved.

The Special Needs Unit includes full width handrail assemblies that overlap most corners, adding strength and rigidity to the unit. A pneumatic door closer is balanced by a heavy-duty cable spring for comfortable, consistent, and predictable access. A ½” thick polyethylene extrusion floor provides maximum rigidity and near ground-level access.

HOLDING TANKS

Our Holding Tanks attach to the underneath of the job or office trailer through the trailer plumbing.

By law, as Brendel's Septic Tank Service Driver's are not Licensed Plumbers in the State of Michigan (or elsewhere) an on-site plumber or plumber contractor must be retained to attach the tank to the trailer - the process is quite simple.

Holding Tanks can be rented without the need of the Mini Flush unit if indoor facilities already exist. Indoor Facilities and/or the Mini Flush unit flush into the Holding Tank System, and is then pumped by the drivers on route day.

MEN'S ROOM

Looking for a solution to backed up lines at concerts, races, or other special events where adult beverages are consumed? Check out our Men's Room! A walk-through shell with two 70-gallon urinal troughs, the Urinal Unit can service up to four men comfortably at one time. The trough tanks mimic expensive plumbed troughs found in many arenas and stadiums at a fraction of the cost. Optional privacy screens may be set to provide a discrete in and out queue for each unit. Each tank is serviceable from the inside of the unit through two drain plugs located at either end of each tank.

MINI FLUSH

Our Mini Flush Units are great for job & office trailers with limited space and no existing facilities.

When used in conjunction with our Holding Tank Units a small office can easily maintain indoor facilities for office employees without the need of extra porta johns outside the trailer.

POLYLIFTS

The portable restroom choice for high rise construction projects.

Our PolyLifts are uniquely designed to fit between floors on high rise construction projects, and is the ideal alternative to our Cradle Units.

PORTABLE SHOWER UNIT(S)

Built within the cabana of a standard-sized unit, our Portable Showers offer the conveniences of a home shower experience in a fully portable package.

Each unit features a removable hand-held shower nozzle, with separate hot and cold water valves. The interior of the unit sports a shelf for personal items, and a spray soap dispenser. Coat hooks mounted to the door and to each of the right and left walls just inside the door are protected from water by a full-length shower curtain. The unit rests on a water containment skid, with threaded fittings in each runner that allows gray water to be piped away to a holding tank or bladder.

This is not a room temperature shower: water is heated to an average temperature f 115 degrees by a propane-fueled on-demand water heater, and may be adjusted to suit the user’s comfort level. A 20-pound propane tank (not included) powers the heater for up to 18 hours of use at a flow rate of 1.4 gallons per minute. Two “D” cell batteries provide the spark to ignite the heater. The only outside connection necessary is a garden hose with a minimum of 20 psi water pressure. A 20-minute shut-off timer is included with the heater.

Portable Shower units are rented with or without propane tanks. Please specify when ordering.

PORTABLE WATER TANKS

Portable Water Tanks are often used in conjuction with Mini Flush units or indoor facilities that do not have running water plumbed to them.

Water contained in Portable Water Units are not meant for consumption or hand sanitation.

Portable Water Tanks are available in 65, 100, or 165 Gallon sizes. Specify size when you order.

CONSTRUCTION RENTALS

Our Construction Units are rented out strictly to construction job sites. These units are heavy duty and durable.

All construction rentals are considered monthly rentals and are rented on a month to month basis.

Rental cycles are based on a 28 Day month or 4.0 equal weeks. Rentals include 1X week clean, pumping, chemical treatment and toilet paper replenishment.

This service is given only to monthly rental customers. All other rentals are daily and therefore not warranted. Should service be required above and beyond what is included in the price of the rental, it is done so at a rate of $25.00/per unit per cleaning.

SPECIAL EVENTS TRAILER

Our Special Events Trailer is the a step down from our Executive Restroom Trailer, and is all stainless steel inside. This unit is usually not rented out to Construction sites (see Construction Restroom Trailer). This trailer has the following features:

WEEKEND (EVENT) RENTALS

Our Event Units or Weekend Rentals as we refer to these models are rented on a daily basis.

Normal weekend rentals are delivered on Fridays and picked-up on Mondays.

Weekend rentals units are set up on your site where specified, complete with chemical and toilet paper. Nothing is required of you.

Weekend units are not route (monthly) units and are therefore not cleaned over the duration of the rental. If service is required on these units there is an extra charge of $25.00 per unit per cleaning above and beyond the rental cost(s) of the unit(s).
